Insane! What a wine! Serious step up versus the classic Morgon. Beautiful nose, fruity start and than the deeper layers pop up.

Red, black,& blue fruits on the nose, whiff of b pepper that repeats on the palate. Bright and deelicious! LaPierre is consistently wonderful and way too easy to gulp down. After time w air, much more sappy and mineral.

Intoxicating sour cherry scent, along with violet and licorice. There is hay and an earthy thing too. Wow this is great. The palate is very well designed with a strong acid backbone, that sour cherry note radiating all along, a subtle licorice note is there too. A good width, a good grip and a monster of a mid palate which powers up a very long fruity, flowery finish. There are some tannins that bring an additional layer of complexity and leave that remanent licorice note. What a delight!
