Surprised to find this lying around The Wine House. Bought three bottles so we’ll see how it feels in a few years. This wild blend was cloudy gold with a considerable amount of effervescence and life. The skin contact shows up a bit in the middle palate and tons of yeast coming at the end. Blind I might have gone with a Belgian Lambic beer to be honest. Lots of love for this one and everything the Tscheppes are doing.
