Stunning out of the gates. Deep olive and granite on the nose. Black olive and blackberry fruit. Palate is so fresh. Like wow fresh. Terrific fruit and granite but also showing some new wood which will breathe out and be perfect by 9PM for Succession. After a few hours it’s silkier, more finessed and has outstanding length

Pure expression of Syrah. No oak magic here. Translucent purple color with Subtle Provençal herb and meatiness. Less bubblegum than St Joseph which would the closest comparison for me. Would go with all things barbecue.

Inky ruby. Smoke- and spice-accented cherry liqueur, blueberry and violet scents are complicated by hints of olive paste and cured meat. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering intense black and blue fruit, bitter chocolate and licorice flavors and a spicy touch of cracked pepper. The meaty quality comes back on the finish, which shows solid thrust, strong persistence and well-knit tannins. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, September 2019)

PnP. Love the savory aromatics with no real noticeable fruit to it. Mineral, gamey and under ripe blackberries. Super balanced and very soft tannins with a long finish.
