The 2021 Arbois Patchwork Chardonnay opens up with lively aromas of green apple and pear, lemon flesh and discrete hints of cedar. On the palate it is round, refined and balanced by firm acidity, leaving traces of wet stones and a sapid finish. Vinified from hand harvested fruit, matured unoxidatively for one year, bottled unfiltered and without any added SO2, this is a bright little Jura Chardonnay.
