Brothers Pascal and Fabrice Agrapart are on the forefront of taking viticulture to the next level in Champagne. They farm and produce wines from the Côte de Blancs in Grand Cru rated villages Oger, Cramant, Oiry, and Avize. Their "Terroirs" bottling is comprised of 100% Chardonnay. Out of their entire terrific range of wines this is the one that hits the sweet spot for us. Partial barrel aging here helps deliver a rounder texture and richer wine that perfectly complements the laser-like focus. If you're on the hunt for ultimate precision in Champagne, Agrapart is the first place to look!
