The Jura

March 28th, 2016

The Jura region works with native varieties like Savangin, Poulsard, and Trousseau. With different philosophies on aging and fermenting, the wines here can be unlike anything you've had before. Light reds, and rich, sometimes oxidative whites are fascinating and delicious to no end.
