Gotta love the purchase price. Deep Ruby color with a garnet rim. Classic Northern Rhône nose of roasted meat, dark and sour red fruits, leather and black pepper. Truly haunting perfume. Delicate yet powerful palate, with integrated tannins that could hold this wine together for a while. Softened in the glass as the night went on. Long finish. Magnificent.
