Terms of Sale:

All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at (805) 845-4287 or email Mike@industrywinemerchant.com and we will work to resolve the problem with you.

Minimum Age Requirement:
Customers must be at least 21 years of age to place an order, and a person who is at least 21 years old must sign for the delivery.

Shipping, Delivery, Insurance and Taxes:
All shipping is made from our refrigerated facility in Goleta, California. There is no charge for delivery in Santa Barbara County, California between Monday and Friday. If you would like wine delivered on the weekend, please contact us via email and we will do our best to make arrangements. Shipments elsewhere are sent by FedEx or UPS at the customer’s expense. Orders are not shipped to Post Office or private mailboxes. Include any special shipping instructions in your order, including desired delivery deadlines, and we will seek to accommodate your request. Because of these states respective laws, please note that IWM only ships to the following states: Alaska, California, Washington D.C., Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming.

The customer insures the wine from IWM’s warehouse to the customer’s shipping address. Because it may be difficult to replace particular wines if they are lost or damaged in shipment, the customer may wish to obtain additional insurance above their purchase price.

Sales tax will be charged to retail customers.
