From magnum Double decant and pour (lots of chunky sediment). A thrilling very dark ruby red color. On the nose: big nose of dark cherries, tobacco, forest floor, spicy menthol, licorice. Taste: a smooth, rich, silky medium plus body wine with a little blackberry fruit, earth, smoke, cedar, minerals. and a dry long finish. Think I would drink these up if you have any. Last vintage is 2016...some day, and that day will come, we will run out of Herb Lamb cabernet

Big black fruit with blackberry and black cherry. Very firm structure and lots of tannins. Three hours in decanter didn't loosen this up. Very solid but way better wines in the market at this price.

12 hour slow ox. The extra air smoothed out this bruiser. I loved it. Black fruit with chewy tannins.
