Shipping Policy
All shipments, whether by common carrier or by Henry & Son personnel, are subject to age verification when alcohol is contained within. All buyers and recipients of purchased alcohol must be 21 years or older. Due to federal and state regulations, all alcohol shipments must be received by an adult aged 21 years or older. They MUST produce a valid, government-issued photo ID and must sign for acceptance of the shipment. Therefore we highly recommend that you ship to a business address. Under no circumstances can or will a shipment containing alcohol be delivered without proper identification. FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times, upon the third try if no one has accepted delivery the package will be returned to Henry & Son. At that time we will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping charges. Please be advised we do not ship via Ground if it is above 80 degrees and below 30 degrees Fahrenheit. Our first priority is to ensure your product arrives in good condition. We will notify you if your shipment is being held due to hot or cold weather. You will receive tracking information from once the package ships. If your order is time-sensitive you may want to upgrade to Overnight or 2nd Day Air during hot or cold weather. Price and availability are subject to change without notice. While we aim to fill orders as soon as possible, due to demand, availability, and holidays some orders can take longer. When you place an order and an item is out-of-stock we'll contact you in a timely fashion to see if you would like the item replaced with an item of the same value or if you'd like to have a refund for that product. If a product is out-of-stock at the store, we will contact our distributors to see if the product is available. It can take up to five business days to get the product from the distributor. Ground shipments of alcohol can be made to the following states: CA, CT, DC, FL, ID, LA, MN, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, VA, WY Air shipment of wine can be made to all the above states, plus: AK. ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPMENTS OF ALCOHOL are made to any state not listed above or Puerto Rico. All transactions are void where prohibited by law. Due to common carrier restrictions you may not have your delivery made to a P.O. Box or a Military Address. Shipments containing exclusively non-alcoholic products can be shipped to all 50 states and can be delivered without adult signature, provided the appropriate waiver is given by recipient. Henry & Son shall not accept responsibility for packages lost or damaged due to errors committed by any common carrier.
