Properly dry with tight, fine bubbles and crisp notes of white peach, ripe grapefruit, and wet stones, with very little baking notes. Color is very light yellow with green hues to the center, and palate is bone dry, with more white peach (underripe), dry lemon, some slight hints of thyme or celery notes, and more grapefruit tartness with a lot of dry, limestone energy vibrating to the finish.
