Incredible and what good value. This almost drinks like a cider or a very dry sour beer. Great acid and incredibly food friendly. Paired this with Hawaiian style garlic shrimp and it was perfect. I would keep a bottle of this on hand at all times because it is that unique and great.

Is it wine or cidre? Very primary grapey aromatics, like being in a winery during crush, so to that end - fun.

Just a simple but deliciously refreshing bubble with an appealing sourness

Feeling loved and still loving the simplicity of this....bubbles forever. Extremely gulpable. One look away from the bottle and it's bound to be empty.
