Elisabetta Foradori may have been "born amongst the vines" but she did not take over her father's estate until the age of 22. She brought the local varietal Teroldego from almost complete obscurity, to the spotlight! Extremely elegant and graceful, well balanced dark fruit layered with smoke and earth.

*Sigh*...Foradori. Mi amo te. So pure. So elegant. A dancer in the glass. Light on her feet yet commands your attention. Lovely.

Savory herbs, tart tomato sauce, eucalyptus, spearmint, and mushroom (more earthy funk). Moderate plus acidity and tannins.

Hints of Vics vapor rub. Cherry Halls. Maybe I am on a medicinal kick. Mighty tasty on day whatever of quarantine. Stay safe and be well. One day closer to freedom.
