Fans of lighter-style Pinot Noir wines will find this Rossese di Dolceaqua red wine quite intriguing. The finicky Rossese di Dolceacqua grape grows throughout Western Liguria and Provence, but very few bottles of this rare Ligurian red make it to our thirsty shores. From just outisde Dolceacqua, Maurizio makes a wild, herbal red with delightful aromas and flavors of pie cherries, all with the characteristic salty minerals find in Med wines in these parts.
