Return & Refund Policy
NYS law only permits us to accept the return of goods that are defective; for such returns we can offer a replacement of the same item, or we can refund a credit card, or we can issue a store credit.
PRE-ARRIVAL PURCHASES We guarantee the ultimate delivery of all pre-arrival purchases. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery date of the wines we offer on a pre-arrival basis and are often given inaccurate information (or no information at all) by our shipping agent. If you cannot stand to wait any longer and decide to cancel your order, we will charge you 5% to 7% of the purchase price to cover the credit card charges (for the original purchase and the refund) - the percentage charged will depend on the type of card you used.
