That perfect honey/petrol aroma with full bodied lime zest, river stone, lemon peel palate. So flipping good.

Can't get much more Mosel than this gem! Green and yellow apples, lime zest, elderflower, honeysuckle and petrol backing. Explosive on the palate - absurd acidity with balancing sweetness and minerality. Electricity in a glass - and only 9% this is some good juice!

2014. Fruit is very much in a green or unripe quality. Unripe apricot, green papaya, green apple, unripe pear, unripe pineapple, white rocks, lots of saltiness. Almost like calcium carbonate in wine form. Good window into a difficult vintage.
