Intoxicating aroma. Blackberry, Asian spice and a generous mouthful of pepper follow onto the palate. The finish is long, heat-filled and full of pepper. Strong tannins, yet in proportion and not overpowering. This is well balanced -- massive, yet delicate at the same time. One of the lower-priced wines from Turley, and still nothing short of spectacular.
