Brace yourself for a seriously natural wine on day 1. On day 2, it turns cidery & beery enough to get it down the pipe. Definitely an acquired taste.

Tons of acid leads to great pear and citrus notes but with a slightly rounder mouth. She's a beauty. Well done gents!

I'll call this a semi-orange wine. Phenolic, but (thankfully) not overly oxidized. Quite aromatic - mandarin, lemon zest, tarragon. Fresh and savory. 150 cases produced.

Old vine clairette. The Swartland revolution tastes delicious. Salty and textured and perfect with fish.

I like esoterica, but this was just not quite delicious. Fennel bulb, green grape skin, chives, dry honey, underripe plum.
