Outspoken ribolla gialla. Expression of fruit & flowers, bitters, even a mineral backbone here. Too 'soapy' for my taste though. I was hoping for bright acids but didn't really find them. It's more a wine of texture. Not my alley.

Such a unique wine. Hint of golden delicious apple on the nose, dash of honeysuckle, maybe a bit of star fruit. Echoed on the palate with a long finish and twinge of lovely bitter almond. Drank on its own but envisage a crispy roasted whole chicken with rosemary and thyme as an ideal companion...
