Great aromatics. Flowers & smoke on the nose. Lots of power balanced with bright acid. Beautifully textured. Summer berries everywhere on this one.

Great start to Father’s Day evening! Tiny active bubbles. Green pear and some herbaceousness (lemongrass?) then a touch of yeast. Crisp and delicious.

Pinot noir, Chardonnay, Pinot blanc (50/25/25). Beautiful tiny bubbles. Lemon, grapefruit, and a touch of yeast. The Pinot blanc definitely come through. Really nice.

Quite nice. Medium soft bubbles, lots of acid (especially as it warmed), classic nose, not a ton of yeast (would have liked more). Excellent sipper with charcuterie.
