Tonight I will have a first days of fall Rose. You can drink rose anytime. Don't hold to the myth that you are only supposed to drink rose in the summer, it truly is an anytime wine. The color on this wine is a beautiful pink. The nose brings on good fruit of red berries, strawberry and a light mineral note. The good fruit continues to the palate where there is strawberry, blood orange, red raspberry, tart cherry and red plum. River stone minerality comes forth with medium+ acidity, a good long drying finish and a clean fresh vibrant mouth feel. A must have if you can find it.
