Ron R Delectable Pro

WNH NY, 2021. From magnum. A gift from big @Joe Lucca. Like me, he loves great burgs, and this didn’t suck either. Lighter in presentation, visually and on the palate. French oak has a very distinctive signature, along with hint of sour cherries. Palate shows pomegranate along with a hint of sour cherries. So well structured, with bright acidity keeping everything together. No rush to consume this. Lots of runway ahead of it.
