We opened this after the 93 Dunn with the hope of another spectacular wine. It didn’t quite live up. Pretty wine, but fell apart mid-palate before it’s tannins reappeared at the finish.

A bright claret color, the '93 La Jota Cabernet Sauvignon '12th Anniversary Release' was still vibrant with lovely scents of current, cherry, chocolate and vanilla. Fantastic concentration with multiple layers of extracted dark fruits. Finishes with supple, plush tannins of considerable length. Sadly, it was my last bottle from La Jota.
