Dad's stuff, for the money, is still worth the extra. At $25 this is just barely weighing in at yes for the money.

Fresh raspberry, cherry... clean, refreshing and vibrant. With a little time, more stewed red berry, minerality and floral notes jump forward. Cedar nose at the front which mellows with time. Excellent first vintage. Will be back. $24.

This is so good. QPR is through the roof--his vines are right outside of Fleurie (which is why it only has the Beaujolais designation) but this totally drinks like Cru Bojo. Cranberry and Strawberry on the nose and palate along with good acidity/minerality and a touch of funk. Delicious!
