Regular Txakoli except better. Weightier. Spicier. Herbaceous. The kind you'd responsibly save for a wine glass (vs. Porron). Maybe you let this warm a bit? You could. You should. It's Sprite like - lemon lime zippy and refreshing, with extra stuff - rounded curves, angles, inflections. Like a lemon lime jalapeno margarita, generously salted rim.
