The Gramona family has been making wine in the town of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia since 1816 and bottling under the family name since 1921. Home to one of the great, deep cellars of Cava county, Gramona does not release wines until they are perfectly mature and ready to drink Silken aromas of golden fruit, hazelnut, orange oil, and fresh yeasty bread. Although totally dry with no dosage, III Lustros displays a ripe palate of tangy ginger, jasmine, almond oil, orange water, and ripe fruit notes of pretty yellow plum and crisp golden apple, with added breadth and complexity.

Rather simple. Lacks the bitterness and earthiness of a CAVA

The kind of Cava that makes me looove Cava. Tasted amazing even a little warm with the bubbles slightly gone.

Toasty bubbly acid burst on the tongue. Sur lies elements showing. Refreshing but tight on the finish. Too much acid bubble austerity for my palate but others may appreciate this element.

Delicate aromas of apple and bread dough, with hints of ginger and white pepper. Bright and fresh on the palate, with citrus and green apple flavors, great acidity and a minerally finish. A real treat!

No dosage- aged 3yrs on lees- and tastes it- with that brioche- toasted- stewed apricot.

Gravel, rainwater, limes- seems clean and simple but the palate is long and lees noticeable
