Great old bottle with a decent fill. Thin, watery, very light and very translucent reddish amber color. Exciting nose. Notes of sweet tobacco, roses, tea leaves, cherries, some raisins and a little. menthol. As old and thin in color as this was, it powered up with structure as it got some air. Has a beautiful old Barolo perfume. After a few hours it began to fade but I can’t complain with how this delivered tonight.

Tangy blue and red fruit. Very fresh and precise. Hints of leather and soft dried cherry with herbs. Almost translucent in its clarity but with a little cloudiness. A subtle wine but oddly refreshing. Very good.
