A proper stinkerl at first, then quite reductive, only after some time starts showing - ripe lemons, baked lemons, poppyseed, a whiff of almond. Very pure, taut and with amazing energy & flow in the palate - baked lemons, mandarine zest, a touch of saltiness and herbs, a pinch of bacon. This is truly a wonderful wine.

Quite unusual, in a palate expanding kind of way. Quite beautifully aromatic with some nice nutty notes. Subtle and restrained white fruit comes through, but more nuttiness and some floral / stone fruits. Have not had Manzoni Bianco before - apparently a cross between Riesling and Pinot bianco, which shows. Fun one to try.

Wow! Gasoline, wet grass, lemon juice, oysters/oyster shells. Unexpectedly wild from the Dolomites
