Decanted ~3hr, more time needed still. Color is cloudy peach. Nose has juiced tangerine, cut green apple, dried citrus peel, honey and mashed apricot. Palate has zingy citric acid, under-ripe white peach, yellow plum, confectionery sugar over fresh grapefruit, intensely long finish. Last bottle. Lots of sediment in this bottle when decanted carefully, yet still cloudy on the double decant for service this afternoon. The start of an epic E&M based afternoon plan as we sit by the chimnea on a beautiful early Spring day.

Had to decant this to get rid of a load of sediment. Clearly, nothing has been removed from this wine. Color has an orangey tinge. The nose is quite similar to a botrytised Sauternes. Quite honeyed, with golden plums, dried apricot, and clover blossoms. Tangy and persistent, with minerally and marzipan-inflected flavors. A unique and really fun wine.

Funky nose that tells me this needs some serious air. After 15 minutes it is all minerals and some citrus skins. The color is almost yellowish/orange. The palate is insanely refreshing and pure. Citrus fruits galore but oh so delicate. Very grapefruit dominant but also tangerine etc. Lovely balance and freshness. Elegant. Really elegant. A lot to love. 13 was more powerful and this is more nimble.

12.5 ABV pale yellow and cloudy. Interesting acidic chalky nose and lean profile. Like a very strong Belgium beer mixed with vino. about as natural as can be. Terrific with the fish.

Lots of acid, grapefruit and zest galore. Cloudy as heck, and with the associated rustic edges. Good, but maybe a bit one note?

Candied orangesicle grapefruit soda, some spritz and funk. Fun stuff.

Shy nose is coming on with air: honeysuckle flowers, dried apricot, very high-toned minerality. So dry in the mouth. Intensely mineral. Long and pure. Not a friendly wine though. More like demanding. Not sure that makes sense. Can't wait to see what it's like tomorrow. Night 2: nose is all fruit: golden plums and lightly grilled peach with a faint citrus peel note. Fruit and minerals on the palate, with an unusual foursquare feel. Minerals minerals on the finish. All in a light-bodied, dry frame. Very distinctive.
