Buttered popcorn color. Very elegant bouquet. Like an Emirate Athar (essential oils of flowers). Honestly, slight, slight new car smell. I mean, who doesn’t like new car smell? Daffodils, fresh rosemary, and the sweet memories of freshly baked bread. This one’s bouquet is conjuring so many images. Like a Riesling from the same region with more body and umph. Indiscernible carbonation. Well balanced fruit (pears and peaches) with mid level acidity. Well-rounded, surprising, elegant, a little idiosyncratic for the grape. Love it.
