This is not the French Dubonnet which is made by Pernod Ricard. This is made by Basil Hayden in Kentucky. Same name different product. It’s rather sweet and does not have the bitterness you might expect from an aperitif like a vermouth. Not sure what it is supposed to be used for. Sort of ok over ice but a bit cloying.
