What a knockout. Lovely, medium weight wine with bunches of tart black summer fruits, juicy, sapid expression on the palate and purple florals; violets, lavender, some licorice, black currant, a hint of ginger candy, subtle tannins and a beautiful sweetness on the finish. Cab franc that drinks like a cool climate cab sauv.

An organic Cabernet-Franc, all in freshness, on red fruits (strawberry) and blackcurrant. Very well vinified, the mouth is supple and very digestible. Easy to drink. Serve at 15 degrees as an aperitif. Un cabernet-franc bio, tout en fraîcheur, sur les fruits rouges (fraise) et cassis. Très bien vinifié, la bouche est souple et très digeste. Facile à boire. Servir à 15 degrés dès l’apéritif.
