2018 vintage. 100 % Muscadet. Certified biodynamic since 1998 with no chemical products since 1975. Orthogneiss is the name of the soil the vineyards are planted in Pays Nantais, France. Average vine age is 45-55 years. All hand harvested. Citrus zest, oyster shells, white flowers and marine flavours. Stony and rocky in the mouth with minerality, citrus, vibrant acidity with a spicy finish. More oysters…..yes please.

Vin d’Ottawa

Delicate, acidic and holds up surprisingly well to bigger flavours. Muscadet is most often made industrially. This is a vin-bio producer developing a reputation for nuanced, terroir-focused muscadet wines.
