Showing so beautiful at the moment. Great mouthfeel because of the aging 'sur lie', fantastic minerality & an expression of beeswax because of the age. Great companion of a raw preparation of mackerel. Organic producer since thirty years, biodynamic since 1990. Great reference of Melon de Bourgogne.

14 years in, this is taut minerality with some floral as well, great acidity, still has some time to go, though I’d say it’s mature now, very nice!!

Heavier and seeming more evolved than the great 2010 Orthogneiss, instead of the lovely honey notes this shows mature notes, still very good acidity, but seems ready to drink, very good. As a minor sidebar, I had the same experience 3 months ago when I compared the 2009s of each, that is, the “lesser regarded” Orthogneiss outperformed the Granite, not sure why??

Цвет - желтое золото. Осенняя листва, корзинка мягких желтых яблок, корица, сухой укроп, разнотравье, дискретная минеральность. Органолептика ручья в осеннем лиственном лесу с чуть летучими обертонами; кислотность живая, но мягкая, податливая. Приятно и очень естественно, но не без вопросов. Не совсем совпадает с другими отзывами на этот и более старые винтажи. Интересно было бы для сверки попробовать другие бутылки.
