When is this not great? Perfect marriage of bright salinity and slight tingly effervescence with an expansive mouthfeel.

Reminds me of the sea. Salty, minerals, some fruit by a dry, dry white with great acidity. Shellfish would b great. Great apertivi.

Lime flower, alpine flower, lemon water, fresh mint. Lean pithy palate upfront. Open soft mineral finish with some 'gras', chicken fat finish. Crushed stone finish. Really nice texture. Palate is long! This will age really well. Great example of a really well made traditional Muscadet.

Well paired with Patrice Cudennec sardines, parsley, and lemon juice. Sliced bread, good cheese and veggies. And I'm happy.
