Popped and poured. Steely grey straw color in the glass with medium-viscosity. On the nose, minerals, green apples, peach, and pink flowers. On the palate, Granny Smith apple, lemon and an unbelievable amount of minerals. Medium+ acid and super long with a lovely texture. I’m suddenly craving a pool and a dozen oysters. Alas, it’s late November and I’m in Nebraska.

Muscadet doesn’t get much better than this. Lemon zest, tart green apple, tons of wet rock, screaming acidity. So good.

Lovely nose of fresh see breeze, shell fish and blossom. Palate of intense lemon, crème fraiche, hay and again oysters. Very mineral driven finish. Wine improves with air and slightly higher temps.

Subtle aromas of apple skin and saline, weighty on the palate with so much saline and a lift of lemon acidity. Very nice.

It can be the sunlit Saturday but this is totally singing today. Racy lemons, crushed oyster, some hay and a mouthcoating mineral finish. Can drink this all summer long.
