Second exemplary bottle I’ve had of this. Nose is rustic/complex. A little barnyard, a little Brett, crushed stones, iodine, and dark berry pomace. Dry and earthy in the mouth, with nice concentration, length, and balance, and a touch of rusticly not-so-soft tannin still. I don’t see this improving, but big fun now.

Amazing value for $14!! Ripe, fragrant blackberries and cranberries on the nose. Palette sees cherries, raspberries, minerality. Great acid and alcohol is well balanced.

Really nice. With air, the nose exhibits smoky, stony wild dark berries. Nicely concentrated, focused, and very pure tasting. Intense minerality with very clean dark berries. Loads of soft tannin, full bodied but no heat. Decent acids. Shares a lot in common with wines from the neighboring town of Gigondas. Very good value.

Raspberry, cherry, and a spent matchstick on the nose. Black pepper, tart red fruit, and red rooibos on the palate.
