Popped, poured two glasses & splashed the rest into a decanter. Quite reductive & needed time to come around. This is about tension & texture, I kept checking the bottle to make sure I wasn't drinking Chablis. Mineral & bright acid pull smoky citrus fruit back & forth. Really nice right now, will excel with bottle age.
