Love trying birth year Bordeaux! This had slight Brett that eventually went away. Classic nose of cigar box, roasted herbs, old leather. Drink Now.

Lovely Christmas dinner to go with out dry aged rib roast. Soft and subtle. First hour in decanter was tight not a lot on the nose, at hour 3 perfect balance of bell pepper, light earthy like the smell of a dirt trail in the summer. Hints of blackberry and leather. Palate is silky smooth but plenty of acid to hold up against the rich roast. Still time on this vintage but maybe 5-10 years
