Sipping Fine Wine
Interesting French Malbec by Julien Libert, wine aged in cement. Very dark red with sweet dark fruit aromas with flinty notes. On the palate cherry and blackberry flavors with hints of spice. Juicy firm tannins, a tad acidic, medium length ending with a mineral character.

Love Cahors and this one is nice but lacks an old world quality.

Drinkable but a bit disjointed and confusing. Don’t know if Malbec is the best grape for carbonic maceration.
