Really outstanding. Beautiful color. Lemon creaminess. Good acidity with some tropical fruits and tart apple mixed in. Definitely like a cross between mersault and champagne or Chablis. I think this needs more time to fully integrate. I bet in 2-4 years this will be insane. Anyway still one of the best I’ve had.
