Dried strawberries, baked cranberries, baked red apple skins, used tea bag, Med+ acidity, tannin and soil in the finish. Nice autumn wine. 100% Counoise 13% ABV. Fun to see it go from bright red fruit and aggressive, to more mature, in about one year of holding.
