Hot and summery out -- time for some Spanish rosé. Good stuff.

Killer rosé. Like the best of Provence with a bit more weight and salinity. Medium (+) acid, medium (-) body but with a creamy texture. Quite dry. Nose and palate sing in harmony with briny sea stone minerality, underripe raspberry and peach, lemon and grapefruit pith, and a bit of pungent herbaceousness. One of the tastiest and most refreshing rosés I've ever had, to be honest. I want this with some salty, garlicky seafood.

Nice bottle design and nice rosé. Similar to a Sancerre. Best with friends on a Friday night

One of the best roses I have had lately and overall. A hole is dug through the volcanic ash until soil is reached to plant the vines. A wall is constructed to keep the Atlantic winds from pulling up the vines. structured, layered, complex. Nice earthiness note along with a little smoke note (from volcanic ash?), nice core of denser fruit. Something different from a rose from Provence.
