I could have kept my nose in the glass all night. Intoxicating scents of sour cherry,apple skin, smoke and hints of funk. While the nose lulled me into a dream like state the palate woke me with a jolt of electricity. Big minerality mixed with apples and pears. Food friendly and precise.
