"Odedi" 
For my 2222th review here's a nice Napa Cabernet. Beautiful color of dark ruby, with a wide reddish rim. Fruity nose of blackberries, plums, cherries, currants, cedar, vanilla, leather, light vegetables, coffee, chocolates, tobacco, beef jerky and peppercorn. Full bodied and soft, with medium acidity and nice long legs. Dry on the palate with black currants, sweet cherries, blackberries, blueberries, sandelwood, licorice, spices, dark chocolates, black pepper, graphite and cinnamon. Medium plus on the finish with firm tannins (after 90 minutes) and black pepper. This Napa Cabernet is very enjoyable by itself or with food. Nice and balanced with nice complexity and a great mouthfeel. Needs 90 minutes to open up properly and show some tannins, but good right out of the bottle as well. Drinking very nicely now, and will age nicely in the next 10 years. I paired it with a fillet minon, mashed potatoes and roasted zucchini. 14.8% alcohol by volume.

For the price point - this is awesome. Nice balance of tannins, acidity, and complexity. Warm plums, blackberries, oak, and leather. Go ahead and pair it with the rib-eye and go to work!
