Shimmering orange-pink. Pungent cherry and red berry scents take on floral and spice nuances with air. Shows silky texture and good depth to the zesty red currant and bitter cherry flavors, which turn sweeter through the midpalate. Minerally and saline. Like licking slate. Subdued fruit.

Nothing spectacular about this wine, but I will say that as someone who doesn’t enjoy rosé normally, this isn’t terrible. Drinks more like a white wine than a rosé. Creamy, almost buttery front. Notes of underripe strawberry & tart raspberry. Citrus acidity that comes across as almost a lemon/lime or yellow/green apple. Good pairing rosé.
