95 Points, Wine Spectator: "Vibrant, finely cut acidity structures this seamlessly integrated version, backing layered flavors of poached apple, quince, honey, candied ginger, lemon zest and crème de cassis with hints of coconut and orchard blossom. Nose of almond biscotti. The palate shows stone fruit, key lime cheesecake. Delicious

70% Chardonnay & 30% Pinot Noir from two parcels in Rilly-la-Montagne. Does not go through malolactic. Oak aging in large barrelS. Always liked this producer and feel he goes a lot easier on the oak now. Good weight, a food Champagne. Intense chalky notes with touch of toast and tarragon. A strong finish that ends with rich flavors of lemon confit and orange zest.

Absolutely one of my favorite NV bubblies. Creamy, biscuity, and salty lemon squares.

Wonderfully bright and crisp, with mostly mineral sea air and lemon plus a touch of saltine cracker.
