"A sensational wine that will compete with wines five times the price" - Jeb Dunnuck, The Wine Advocate #230
Close your eyes. Imagine a place where the skies are sunny all day and temperatures fluctuate between 75 and 85 degrees. Seafood towers, truffle-roasted chicken, and ratatouille line banquet tables as far as the eye can see. And Mark Aubert's Chardonnays flow freely and all you need is $13 for entry. That's where you want to be.
We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but we can't take you to that place. In fact, we're pretty sure that place doesn't exist. But we can offer you a sub-$15 cuvée that The Wine Advocate's Jeb Dunnuck called, "The real deal and actually reminded me of a Chardonnay from Mark Aubert."
The 92-point score and tasting notes should be enough to convince you of its quality, but we're adding in a ridiculously low price that will make it way too easy to grab multiple cases. When was the last time you paid around $150 for a case of wine? Better yet, when was the last time you paid that little for something so good?
Our advice, go long on this gem before we run out.
