Interesting wine. Nose is tight, faint licorice, tar and raspberries. Tastes of espresso, mild tar, licorice, raspberries and baking spice, finish is throwing herbal nuance that is puzzling! Lacking on the midpalate. Medium body and tannins, 13.5% alc. which I appreciate in a cab! Table wine..I enjoyed that it was very different!

Jammy red fruit taste mild tannins. Was an estate wine from Livermore, ca. not a great cab but for $15 and under it is what it is. I had the 2018 in 12/2021. I tried it upon opening the bottle and then decanted. Not a noticeable difference.

nose of plum, cherry and licorice. nice oak, fruit forward, good jam. doesn’t have the really big cab mouth but i loved it. and great for price.

Had the 2018 in September of 2021. Hints of black cherry and light spice. Coffee overtones were there. Not my favorite cab. Was okay but was somewhat lackluster in body and flavor.

Mild nose of cassis, blackberry, and raspberry, baking spice and light espresso. Medium body. A bit hallow on the mid palate. Supple tannins. Simple and easy drinking.
