Really drinking nicely now. Totally different wine than three years ago. All the reduction is gone and the fruit has emerged. Green apple for days. Peaches. Very pretty. Hard to lay down a $35 bottle for 3 years but it really needs it.

Much better than a year ago. Two more will wait another 6-12 months. Nice wine Burgundian matchstick. Has a weird note I can’t put my finger on. Adding weight in the cellar. // edit - I really prefer this on day two. I think the weird note is reduction, which resolves itself overnight. Score reflects day 2.
